• We offer sarees and other fashion apparel. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

6. AUTOMATED CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY PRAMA

PRAMA doesn’t cancel any orders except for the following conditions:

• If the payment fails
• If stock is unavailable or order is not processed within 15 business days from the date of order (PRAMA holds a sole right to cancel full/partial order)
• If address is not specific or the logistics partner has an issue with delivery (such as customer refused to accept the order, etc.), and the order is returned to shipping address. In such a case, cancellation charges are applicable

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
• We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Returns are accepted only under specified conditions (damaged/defective items, wrong product refer our cancellation, return and refund policy).
