Shipping Policy

4. Tracking Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email
• Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our logistics partners will attempt delivery multiple times
• If the customer is unavailable, the order may be marked as undelivered or returned to origin (RTO) (Return & Refund Policy apply)

6. Delays in Delivery

Delays may occur due to:

• Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, logistics issues)
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Remote or non-serviceable locations

7. Failed Deliveries & RTO

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts:

• Customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

• Customers are advised not to accept packages that appear damaged or tampered
• If accepted, issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video)

9. Reverse Pickup for Returns

• Reverse pickup will be arranged for eligible return requests as per the Return Policy
• Availability of reverse pickup depends on serviceability of the customer’s location
